How do I return an item?
At National Waterproofing Supply it's simple, we want your business. If you are unsatisfied with a product you ordered from National Waterproofing Supply, we will gladly assist you with your return options.

Return Terms and Conditions:
- Returns must be approved by the General Manager of the facility where the materials were purchased.
- Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee and / or freight charges back to manufacturer.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns based on our free shipping promotion must still meet $100 amounts or shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
- In case of our $100 plus free shipping
- Materials to be returned must be in sellable condition and within shelf date.
- No returns allowed after 30 days.
- No returns are allowed on special order items or custom colors.
- Returns where free freight apply to
- Returns must be in full case quantities. Partial cases will not be accepted.
- Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
